Part 2 of the online 200 hour Holistic Yoga Flow Teacher Training constitutes 170 hours’ worth of training and focuses on masterclasses, pose tutorials,learning to teach a full class, anatomy workshops, and much more. It also includes the digital book “Holistic Yoga Flow: The Path of Practice” and access to our exclusive private HYF Community Group. Upon completion of Part 1 and 2 of the HYF Teacher Training, you’ll receive a 200 hour HYF certificate authorized by Inner Dimension Academy.

Deepen your practice and teaching skills with this 50 hour advanced sequencing training. Move at your own pace through 35 lectures, 12 masterclasses and more. The Advanced Sequencing Training constitutes 50 hours worth of training and includes access to our exclusive private HYF Community Group. Upon completion, you will receive a 50 hour Advanced Sequencing certificate authorized by Inner Dimension Academy.
